FAQ
1. How can I keep my flowers fresh and looking good?
If the flowers come wrapped, remove the packaging as soon as possible, give the stems a fresh cut and place them into a clean container of water. Place the flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and draft. Change the water and cut the stems every 1-2 days.
Remember to remove any wilting flowers or stems as the days pass! More tips here.
2. I would like to dry my flowers. How should I go about it?
The simplest method of drying flowers naturally would be to air-dry them. Remove the stems from water and hang them upside down in a dark and well-ventilated place. Leave them until the leaves or petals feel crisp to the touch. It may take anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months.
Do note that certain flowers are just not suitable for drying, while others are fantastic and really easy to dry.

3. I've bought a Gift Card! How does it work?

The gift card recipient will get an email with the subject line "You just got an ERYN.K gift card from [your name]". Their unique gift card code will appear in the email.

While placing their order, the recipient can redeem our gift card upon checkout by selecting the "Redeem a gift card" option during payment and entering their unique gift card code.

If the order is worth more than the value of the gift card, payment of the remaining cost may be made using our regular payment methods.

Please note our Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
