TERMS & CONDITIONS ("T&C")

At ERYN.K Floral Design, we are committed to making sure your flowers bring you as much joy as possible. We welcome your feedback on our flowers and services anytime. Feel free to reach out to us at by.erynk@gmail.com if you have any queries or suggestions.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

  • Orders can be placed either online or by contacting us at 9487 1224.

  • For BESPOKE FLORALS, we will get in touch after the submission of your order form with your invoice and payment details, or for any further consultation as may be required to finalise your order and invoice.

  • Orders will be delivered 2 business days from the date of the finalised order by default, or on such later date as may be specified in your order notes.

  • Same day delivery is only available where orders have been finalised and paid for by 9am. Orders placed online after 9am requesting same day delivery may be cancelled and refunded by us.

  • For urgent delivery, please contact us at 9487 1224 to check on our flowers and earliest delivery availability.

  • Please check the delivery details you provide. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information. In the event of any incorrect or incomplete information, we will try our best to reach you during our opening hours. However, do expect that this may lead to delays in the processing and delivery of your order, and that an additional fee will be required and collected separately for any rerouting necessary to make the delivery to your desired final destination.

BUSINESS HOURS

  • Business days are Tuesdays to Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays and any other days specified on our website and/or social media.

  • Business hours are 10am - 5pm.

AVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS

  • We look to bring you the freshest blooms of the season. Our selection of flowers varies from day to day due to market availability, season, and occasion. The pictures on our website reflect a style and general colour palette, not a specific combination of flowers. Flower-type requests are only available with our BESPOKE FLORALS by specifying it in the second page of our order form.

 

PRICE & PAYMENT

  • Our prices are calculated and charged in SGD.

  • For orders online, we accept credit and debit card payments, and cash payments by PayNow or direct bank transfer.

  • For orders placed by phone, we accept payment by PayNow.

  • Full payment is required prior to delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • As all our work is made-to-order, we are unable to offer a refund on your purchase if you change your mind.

  • However, if you would like to postpone the date of delivery, please let us know 2 full working days in advance of the original delivery date. 

  • If you feel there is an issue with the quality of the blooms or if you received a wrong item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the delivery date, providing details and where possible, photographs, and we will do our best to offer you a fair resolution.

 

DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES

  • Delivery is available Tuesdays to Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays and selected dates. These exceptions, if any, will be listed at the top of our website.

  • For our BESPOKE FLORALS, delivery timings are 10am – 12pm, 12pm – 2pm, 2pm – 4pm, 4pm – 6pm.

  • For our READY-TO-GO FLORALS, delivery timings are morning (10am - 2pm), afternoon (2pm - 6), evening (6pm - 8pm). Same day deliveries are 3pm - 6pm.

  • For JUURI, delivery will be made anywhere between 10am and 6pm.

  • Deliveries for Floral Butler Packages are arranged separately with Package members.

  • We work with a trusted external courier company for deliveries, so that we can focus on your flowers.

 

COLLECTION DAYS & TIMES

  • Self-collection/pick up is available Tuesdays to Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays and selected dates. These exceptions, if any, will be listed at the top of our website.

  • Collection timings are 10am – 6pm.

  • There is no self-collection/pick up for our BESPOKE FLORALS or JUURI.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • For BESPOKE FLORALS, delivery during the allotted timeframes is included in the price unless otherwise stated.

  • For READY-TO-GO FLORALS, delivery is charged at checkout.

  • Delivery during peak period such as selected eves of, or Public Holidays, (week of) Valentine’s Day, (week of) Mother’s Day, (week of) Chinese New Year, 21st December to 5th January, may incur additional charges.

  • For any other private commissions, the delivery charge will be advised accordingly and listed in your invoice.

  • Should you require delivery to the CBD, a surcharge of S$10 is applicable unless waived.

  • Should you require delivery to any of the restricted areas below, a surcharge of S$20 is applicable unless waived:

    • Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road area

    • Tuas area

    • Jurong Island

    • Sembawang Shipyard

    • All Army camps

    • All PSA Ports

 

RECEIVING THE FLOWERS

  • Kindly ensure that someone is available at the address provided and time frame selected for delivery.

  • If at the time of delivery, there is no person available to receive the flowers, the courier will call the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions. If neither can be contacted via telephone within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be left at the reception, front desk, or at the door (whichever applicable). We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards.

  • Deliveries to Marina Bay Sands, Jem Jurong Gateway and Jewel Changi Airport require a permit issued by the respective security offices. Either the sender or recipient will need to contact the respective security offices to arrange for the paperwork necessary for our drivers to access the loading bay. An alternate address for your recipient will be requested if the relevant permit is not produced in a timely manner.

 

DAMAGES

  • In the event of damage to any loaned items (vases, compotes, bowls, etc.), you shall be liable for the full market cost of replacement.

 

GENERAL

  • There may be information on our website that has typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to availability, pricing, descriptions and promotions. We reserve the right to correct or amend any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information on our website at any time without prior notice or obligations to you.

  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay of performance, if such failure or delay is due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, adverse weather, floor, fire, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public road, strikes, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or other outbreaks of disease or infection, breakdown of plant or machinery, airconditioning or telecommunications equipment, failure in the external supply of electricity, water, or telecommunications connections, or compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction.

  • We may update these Terms at our discretion and at any time. Please check back on this page to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By placing an order, you are expressly agreeing to the terms laid out above and in our Privacy Policy.
